The Island Recreation Association (IRA) is a community in Deerfield Township, Ohio. There are 238 attractive, single-family homes and condominiums  on wooded and private lots. The Island Recreation neighborhoods include Baywood I, The Pointe, Red Brick Court, Woodbridge, South Cove, Landen Cove, and Spinnaker. We boast a clubhouse, a swimming pool and a baby pool, two tennis courts, three ponds and a dock on Landen Lake.
 
Our community has miles of paved walking trails that follow winding creeks, pristine common areas maintained by professional groundskeepers, and extensive green space loaded with mature trees. 

 

The Landen CSA is a homeowners association that IRA falls under.  CSA is charged with enforcing the rules and regulations found in the Homeowner's / Residents Guide to Landen as well as the Landen Declaration and By-Laws.  These rules and regulations insure that the community is developed and maintained to high standards of design and maintenance.
