The Spinnaker HOA provides common grounds maintenance (roads and common areas), property (i.e. mailboxes), snow and trash removal and street lighting to the areas of the 66 attractive free-standing homes on Pine Grove, Sunday, Orchard, Farm Pond, Shorewalk, Spinnaker and Marigold Lanes (see the map below). The purpose of your HOA Board of Trustees is to maintain standards to protect and enhance the value and curb appeal of your home and your lifestyle in the Spinnaker HOA. Our seven (7) Trustees serve for two (2) year terms.

2026 HOA Meetings
All future meetings would be set for the 3rd Wednesday at 7PM. Dates for meetings are:
· Regular Board Meeting: February 18
· Annual Meeting: April 15
· Regular Board Meeting: July 15
· Regular Board Meeting: September 16
· Fiscal Meeting*: December 16
Two (2) major meetings* (April and December).
· The Annual Meeting focuses on providing an annual recap for the prior year, report of financial audit and elections of trustees.
· The Fiscal Meeting presents the next year’s budget for approval.
2026 HOA Fees
There is a separate quarterly fee levied on each home. This fee is the same for all homes in the Spinnaker HOA.
· 2025 HOA Fee is $315 per quarter.
· Quarterly payments are due by the 10th of the month in January, April, July and October.

· A late fee of $25.00 will be charged each month on any unpaid balance on the 15th of the month. Increased fees and actions to include legal fees and liens will be enacted for continued failures to pay. This is not intended to be a money-making endeavor, but rather to provide payment for the services provided by Spinnaker HOA.
